长庆致密气藏 4000m水平段钻井技术实践与认识

摘要: 长庆致密气藏资源储量丰富,常规水平井开发受单井产量低、投资成本高等因素影响,制约了其规模开发。国内外实践表明,长水平段钻井技术是提高单井产量、降低钻井成本的主要手段,然而长水平段钻井摩阻扭矩大、长水平段易坍塌、完井工艺不成熟等难点限制了水平段的延长。文章结合区域地层岩性特点,通过钻具受力分析、轨迹控制技术优化、低摩阻钻井液体系研发、窄间隙长水平段固井配套等试验,解决了长水平段施工中的困难,初步形成了适合长庆致密气藏的超长水平段安全钻井技术。试验井 JXX-26H完钻井深达到 7 388m,水平段长4 118 m,创造了当时国内陆上最长水平段纪录,形成的系列技术对国内同类型气藏具有借鉴意义

Abstract:

Changqing tight gas reservoir is rich in resources and reserves. The development of conventional horizontal wells is affected by low single well production and high investment cost, which restricts its scale development. Practice at home and abroad shows that long horizontal section drilling technology is the main means to improve single well production and reduce drilling cost. However, large friction torque, easy collapse and immature completion technology limit the extension of horizontal section. Combined with the regional formation lithology characteristics, through the drilling tool stress analysis, trajectory control technology optimization, low friction drilling fluid system research and development, narrow gap long horizontal section cementing matching test, this paper solves the difficulties in the long horizontal section construction, and initially forms the ultra long horizontal section safety drilling technology suitable for Changqing tight gas reservoir. The drilling depth of Well JXX26H reached 7 388 m with 4 118 m horizontal sections, which created the record of the longest horizontal section on land in China at that time. The series of technologies formed have reference significance for the same type of gas reservoirs in China.
